The Art and Crafts of Ancient Scandinavia

As a historical artist for National Geographic TV, I was well-versed in the history of various cultures around the world, but I noticed that one, in particular, the Germanic/Norse culture was not only misrepresented but quite misunderstood. So, because this also was my Ancestry, I decided that it was paramount to put a well-researched colour narrative of the “day in the life” ¬†documentation, consisting of 21 paintings, depicting many of the artisans and craftspeople together; the Shipbuilder, the Stonecutter, The Runemaster, The Village builders, the Musicians, the Blacksmith, the Meadmaker, the Sailmakers, the Navigator, and so on. Each painting in this book is accompanied by my full-color vignettes explaining sections of the original paintings, and the detailed story of each theme, taking place between 700 and 1000 CE.¬† Having been a long wait for Folks, and now in the process of the final print, You can now purchase a signed copy of the first edition of this Hardbound coffee table book, priced at $49.95, plus S&H of $10.95,{within the U.S. only} and the book will be on its way to you!
